Role Description The Regional Business Head role at Urban Money is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Regional Business Head will oversee regional business operations, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with lending partners and key stakeholders.



Responsibilities include setting regional targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to expand the customer base and improve service delivery. This role will lead and mentor a regional team, ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth loan processing. The Regional Business Head will also identify market opportunities, optimize processes, and uphold Urban Money’s standards of unbiased advisory and client-centric service.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring, performance oversight, and regional operations management.
• Proven business development, sales strategy, and relationship management abilities within financial services, lending, or related domains.
