About the role
Cloudanzen is a governance, risk, and compliance platform. We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to establish our quality assurance practices and help deliver a reliable, secure product. You will work closely with Product and Engineering, combining exploratory testing with practical automation.
Key responsibilities
• Own the QA strategy, release validation, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain a reusable test catalog linked to product requirements.
• Test critical workflows across the frontend, APIs, integrations, and background jobs.
• Prioritize tenant isolation, role-based access, evidence integrity, and audit trails.
• Develop automated tests for high-risk scenarios and integrate them into CI/CD.
• Investigate defects, communicate release risks, and improve testability with developers.
• Establish clear QA standards and mentor the team as it grows.

What we’re looking for
• Experience leading QA for a SaaS product,



with strong hands-on testing skills.
• Proficiency in API testing, SQL, and modern automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience testing multi-tenant applications, permissions, and asynchronous workflows.
• Ability to turn incomplete requirements into clear test scenarios and surface product ambiguities.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and comfort working in a small, quick-moving team.

Nice to have
Experience with compliance or security products, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, and testing AI-powered features.
What success looks like
A dependable regression suite, clear visibility into release risks, and fewer critical defects reaching customers.
