The Traya Model:

Our unique platform diagnoses the patient’s hair & health history, to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep. We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey, and help them stay on track.
Role Overview
The Senior Brand Executive will support the execution of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives for Traya across key markets. This role demands a solid understanding of consumer behavior and brand fundamentals to help build and protect Traya’s brand equity. Working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you will assist in driving growth by executing campaign roadmaps, analyzing consumer insights, and optimizing full-funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand & Communication Execution: Assist in executing brand strategies across product propositions, go-to-market (GTM) launches, and marketing communications to build brand equity.
• Consumer Insights & Analytics: Serve as a core contributor to consumer insight gathering, converting data and feedback into actionable inputs for product messaging and creative briefs.
