Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Campaign Strategist who lives and breathes internet culture, someone who can plan viral campaigns, manage relationships with meme pages, and ensure every campaign hits both engagement and brand goals. You’ll be the bridge between creative ideas and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end meme campaigns for brands from planning to execution.
• Create campaign strategies and content plans aligned with client objectives, audience insights, and trending pop-culture moments.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with meme page admins, content creators, and community managers for smooth coordination and collaborations.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely deliverables, high-quality content, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to translate brand briefs into meme-friendly narratives.




• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize content for better reach, engagement, and virality.
• Stay on top of internet trends, cultural moments, and social media chatter to fuel campaign ideation.
• Collaborate with business and sales teams to create innovative campaign pitches and decks for new clients.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in meme marketing, influencer marketing, or digital campaign strategy.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and meme communities.
• Strong network or experience working with meme pages or digital creators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project-management skills.
• Analytical mindset- ability to read data, spot trends, and tweak campaigns accordingly.
• A sense of humor and a keen pulse on pop culture & internet language (you should know what’s trending before it trends).

Bonus Points:
• Prior experience running viral campaigns or work
