Tilte - Technical PM - Enterprise Application and Functional Delivery Lead

Role Summary
The Enterprise Applications & Functional Delivery Lead is responsible for managing business-facing technology workstreams and ensuring successful delivery of ERP and enterprise application capabilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of application-related workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across IT, business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors.
• Manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Facilitate design, testing, cutover, and deployment readiness activities.
• Escalate risks and drive issue resolution across impacted business functions.
• Ensure workstream alignment with overall IMO governance, milestones, and transformation objectives.

Systems and Integrations Supported
• ERP platform implementation.
• Finance,



Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Project Systems.
• Enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• SaaS applications requiring ERP integration.
• Legacy application rationalization and retirement activities.

Required Tools, Platforms, and Technologies
• SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, or similar.
• Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Microsoft Project / Project for the Web.
• Power BI.
• MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica.

Desired Experience
• Senior-level Technical Project Manager.
• 8–12+ years of project delivery experience.
• 3–5+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Certifications
• PMP.
• Secure, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP.
• ERP implementation and digital transformation experience.
