About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to manage HR operations, payroll, talent acquisition, statutory compliance and people management.
The role will independently handle recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle, compliance and employee relations, while working closely with managers and employees. The candidate should have hands-on experience with HROne or a similar HRMS, strong knowledge of payroll calculations, and a good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations and other employee movements.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee-related HR processes.
• Ensure employee information is accurately maintained in HROne or equivalent HRMS.
• Issue and maintain HR-related letters,



documents and employee records.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across the organisation.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across functions and levels.
• Work with functional managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Drive sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Assess candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit and compensation expectations.
• Manage salary negotiations, offers and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Handle pre-employment documentation, background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain an active hiring pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates to management.
• Track key hiring metrics such as open positions, time-to-hire, source effectiveness and recruitment
