Role Description This is a full-time, in office Calling Staff role based in Noida. The Calling Staff member will handle outbound and inbound calls to collect, verify, and confirm information from candidates, employers, institutions,



and other stakeholders as part of the background screening process. Daily responsibilities include explaining verification procedures, updating call records in the internal system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and following up on pending verifications to ensure timely closure. The role also involves maintaining professional communication, adhering to data privacy and compliance guidelines, and meeting daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
