Role Description The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, responsible for leading and growing the sales function at Cakesandbakeskashmir. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and dealership relationships, and driving revenue growth across retail and wholesale channels. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, set performance targets, track sales metrics, and ensure solid coordination with operations and marketing. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities,



negotiating agreements, monitoring market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The role also involves preparing regular sales reports, forecasting demand, and contributing to overall business planning with the leadership team.
