Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bharatpur. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection and retirement needs, and recommending suitable insurance products.



This role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups on leads, supporting customers through the policy application and issuance process, and providing ongoing service for renewals, claims assistance, and policy-related queries. The Relationship Manager will work closely with branch and bank partner teams to achieve sales and service targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and participating in local marketing or customer engagement activities as required.
