Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT & Digital Services Sales

Location: H Block, Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable, depending upon current CTC and interview performance)

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven, and highly proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage end-to-end sales for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services, with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle—from organic prospecting and lead generation to proposal creation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline from the initial point of contact (lead generation) through to proposal negotiation and conversion.




* Organic Lead Generation: Actively hunt, qualify, and generate fresh business leads using organic channels, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and online portals.
* Solution Pitching: Understand potential clients’ business needs and pitch tailored IT solutions (Web & App Development, Digital Marketing/SEO, etc.).
* Proposal Creation: Create compelling, customized business proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
* Conversion & Relationship Management: Lead sales presentations, negotiate terms, resolve queries, and confidently close deals to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Client Management: Nurture client relationships post-sale to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum Experience: 1.5 years of experience as a BDE / Sales skilled in an IT agency, website/mobile app development firm, or digital marketing agency.
