Responsibilities

• Build the lists: create target lists with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and enrichment tools against the agreed ICP, segmented by sector — IT and software companies, hospitals and real estate developers.
• Run outbound: execute multi-channel sequences across calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Qualify rigorously:



check every lead against the jointly agreed criteria: role, company size, pain, timeline and systems.
• Book the meetings: schedule in-person meetings into field calendars, with the invite, agenda and prospect brief shared at least 24 hours ahead.
• Protect quality: keep MonkNeo’s lead-acceptance rate at 80% or above.
• Keep the CRM clean: log every touch the same day.
• Recycle smartly: re-engage dormant and nurture-stage leads with fresh triggers.

Required

• 1–4 years in outbound SDR, BDR or inside-sales roles, B2B.
• Phone confidence and crisp written outreach.
• Hands-on with Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar, and a CRM.
• Fluent English plus Telugu or Hindi.

Good to have

• Prospecting into business owners, CFOs and finance-team personas, ideally in IT, healthcare or real estate.
