Role Description This is a full time Insurance Agent role based in Bilaspur, structured as a hybrid position with some flexibility for work from home. The Insurance Agent will identify potential clients, present suitable insurance products, and provide personalized consultations to help individuals and families meet their protection and investment needs.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings, explaining policy features and advantages, processing applications, and maintaining regular follow-up for renewals and policy servicing. The role also involves collaborating with branch teams, staying updated on LIC products and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The Insurance Agent is expected to deliver high-quality customer service while meeting sales and performance targets in an ethical and compliant manner.
