What you will do
• Record daily entries in Tally Prime or Zoho Books: sales, expenses, vendor bills and receipts
• Raise and track invoices for partner fitness centers, vendors and members where needed
• Prepare GST data (sales and purchase registers) and TDS workings for review




• Maintain vendor and partner ledgers and follow up on pending documents and payments
• Support the Senior Accountant with reconciliations, payout data checks and month-end close
• File and organise supporting documents so every entry is audit-ready

Must have
• B.Com / M.Com with 1–3 years in an accounting role
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Tally Prime or Zoho Books, and good Excel
• Accurate, organised and quick to follow up

Positive to have
• Experience in a startup, retail chain or multi-location business
• CA-Inter or CMA-Inter (pursuing or cleared)

• Entries up to date every day
• GST and TDS data ready for review by the agreed dates
• Vendor and partner ledgers reconciled every month

Hiring process
• CV screen by HR within 3 working days
• 30-minute test: post 10 sample transactions (with GST and TDS) and prepare a simple bank reconciliation
• Interview with the Senior Accountant
• Final round with the Acco
