Responsibilities

Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, with prior experience specifically in handling IT resource onboarding
• Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and other talent-hunting channels
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Onboarding & Documentation

• Manage the complete onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Coordinate and oversee background verification (BGV) processes for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

HR Operations & Compliance

• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
• Handle the complete separation/exit process, including exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination




• Maintain confidential personnel records management systems

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Plan and execute team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a point of contact for grievance management, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee concerns
• Foster a positive, transparent, and collaborative work culture

Talent Management

• Support performance management processes and identify training/development needs
• Assist in succession planning and employee retention strategies

Communication & Reporting

• Draft HR communications, policies, letters, and reports with robust written English
• Liaise effectively with management, department heads, and employees at all levels

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Robust understanding of Recruitment and Talent Management processes
• Sound knowledge of HR Policies and Labour Laws
