Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for driving sales of loan and mortgage products, managing relationships with clients and partner financial institutions,



and achieving assigned revenue and growth targets in the region. The Area Sales Manager will lead and support a local sales team, provide guidance on customer acquisition strategies, and ensure high-quality service throughout the loan advisory and disbursal process. Daily activities include monitoring sales performance, conducting market outreach, coordinating with internal operations teams for smooth documentation and processing, and implementing local initiatives to increase brand visibility and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed regional targets.
