Role Description The Quantum Security Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Pune. Quantum Security Engineer protects the organisation against the risks that quantum computing poses to today's cryptography, and secures emerging quantum technologies where they are adopted. The role leads the migration to post-quantum cryptography (PQC),

builds crypto-agility into systems, and advises teams on quantum-era threats such as "harvest now, decrypt later" attacks. The engineer works across security, infrastructure, product and compliance teams to turn standards and research into practical, deployable controls.

Key Responsibilities
Post Quantum Migration
• Build and maintain a cryptographic inventory (CBOM) covering algorithms, key sizes, protocols, certificates and libraries across applications, infrastructure and third parties.
• Assess quantum risk by data sensitivity and required confidentiality lifetime, and prioritise systems for migration.
• Design and deliver migration roadmaps to NIST-standardised algorithms (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA) and hybrid classical/PQC schemes.
• Integrate PQC into TLS, VPN, SSH, PKI, code signing, key management, HSMs and secure messaging.
