About Us
We are building Crusher Optima, a smart IoT solution that connects hardware with intelligent software to give customers real-time monitoring, data insights, and better operational control. We are an early-stage team looking for a driven co-founder to take full ownership of sales and marketing and help build the company from the ground up.

The Role
As Co-Founder, you will lead the entire Sales & Marketing function. You will shape how Crusher Optima reaches the market, win our first customers, and build the revenue engine of the company. This is a founding role with real ownership, decision-making power, and equity.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Identify, approach, and close customers for Crusher Optima (B2B, industrial, and enterprise clients)




• Build and manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Explain technical features (IoT sensors, dashboards, software integration) in terms of customer value and ROI
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key decision-makers
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Marketing
• Create the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing inputs with the founding team
• Build the brand: website content, LinkedIn, product videos, case studies, brochures, and pitch decks
• Run lead generation through digital marketing, trade shows, industry events, and outbound campaigns
• Track marketing performance and improve conversion

Founder Responsibilities
