What You'll Do

Global L&D; Senior Coordinator sits at the intersection of business architecture, process optimization, and operational quality. This role owns transformation, process redesign,



audit, and governance across our entire curriculum, learning journeys, and programs, and plays a critical part in L&D; transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project & Transformation Delivery: Manage end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Coordinate cross-functional work-streams, track milestone progress, and report risks or variances to core team
• Process Redesign, Audit & Governance: Own process redesign, audit, and governance across the end-to-end curriculum, learning journeys, and programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, with strength in stakeholder management across the business and with senior stakeholders.
• Tools & Platforms: Strong technical expertise across learning platforms and AI tools, including SA
