Role Description The Quality Control role in the travel industry is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves reviewing travel bookings, itineraries, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to client requirements. The Quality Control professional will check ticket details, fares, and schedules, verify that reservations align with contracted terms,



and identify discrepancies or errors before final confirmation. The role also includes coordinating with operations and customer service teams to resolve issues, maintaining quality checklists and reports, and suggesting process improvements to enhance service reliability. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of quality checks, and adherence to established workflows and performance standards.
Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control or a similar function specifically within the travel industry.
• Solid attention to detail, accuracy in reviewing data, and ability to identify and correct errors in bookings, tickets, and itineraries.
• Familiarity with travel industry processes, such as reservations, ticketing, fare rules, and basic knowledge of travel management systems.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, customer service, and other internal tea
