• 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals
• Good understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and US visa types
• Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work onsite from our Perungudi, Chennai office
