Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale DevOps platforms and CI/CD ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Harness, Ansible, and REST API-based automation,



along with deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation, deployment orchestration, and platform engineering.
The candidate will play a critical role in accelerating software delivery, improving deployment reliability, automating infrastructure operations, and enabling engineering teams through scalable DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications
CI/CD & Release Engineering• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Harness and modern DevOps toolchains.
• Automate build, testing, deployment, rollback, and release management processes.
• Implement deployment strategies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments.
• Establish governance, quality gates, and release controls to improve software delivery reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment processes and release automation.
