Role Summary

The Data & Analytics Specialist will own data, reporting, and insight generation for the Workplace & Facilities function of the organization. This role is responsible for consolidating multi-source workplace data (space utilization, occupancy, service tickets, vendor performance, cost, safety/compliance, and employee experience data), converting it into accurate, timely, and decision-ready reports and dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed workplace decisions. The role requires strong technical proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; Python is an added advantage), sound business judgement, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office setting.

Key Responsibilities





Reporting & Data Operations

• Publish accurate and timely weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to workplace and facilities leadership.
• Process and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses on request, with quick turnaround and high accuracy.
• Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and SOPs to ensure consistency and auditability of all published data.
• Own end-to-end data quality — validation, reconciliation, and error-checking — before any report is published.

Data Integration & Analysis

• Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources (facilities management systems, ticketing tools, badge/access data, vendor reports, surveys, finance data) into unified datasets.
• Draw key inferences and trends from integrated data to support workplace strategy, space planning, and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting
