Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter (up to 10K / target-based) at CareerBloc. The Junior Recruiter will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls. The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates. The Junior Recruiter will also support employer branding efforts, maintain communication across digital channels, and meet defined hiring and performance targets. Collaboration with senior recruiters and the recruitment leadership team is expected to ensure smooth execution of hiring plans and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring stakeholders.




• Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Comfort using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking or candidate management tools.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles, targets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in maintaining candidate data, drafting messages, and documenting recruitment activities.
• Self-motivated, target-focused approach, with readiness to work remotely and independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
