About the roleWe’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented intern to help streamline our finance and business operations. You’ll maintain and update the company’s finance, sales and client trackers, keep records accurate, and flag missing information or follow-ups to the team.

What you’ll doFinance and records• Organise invoices, payment proofs, expense bills and other financial documents.
• Maintain trackers for client-wise revenue, invoices raised, collections, outstanding payments and expenses.
• Help organise salary records and payslips, maintaining confidentiality.
• Compare tracker entries with available records and flag missing information or mismatches.

Sales and client operations• Update the sales pipeline with lead details, follow-up dates, status, owner and outcome.
• Maintain the client management system, including contact details, services, communication history and next steps.
• Help create and maintain a Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 client classification using criteria agreed with the team.




• Coordinate with sales and operations team members to keep client and lead records current.
• Prepare weekly summaries of sales activity, client follow-ups, revenue, collections and expenses.

Process improvement• Identify gaps or duplication in existing trackers and suggest simple improvements.
• Help document clear processes for updating finance, sales and client records.

What we’re looking for• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Com, BBA, M.Com or related degree.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable sorting, filtering and maintaining structured data.
• Basic understanding of invoices, expenses, sales pipelines and client records.
• Careful, dependable and comfortable following up with colleagues for missing information.
• Able to handle salary and client information with discretion.
• Prior experience in finance, sales operations, client management or administration is an advantage.
• Tally, Zoho Books or CRM experie
