Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product.

This role is contributing to the Motion IS Services
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Act as the functional point of contact for Sustainability and L&I; reporting requirements, supporting the build of new structured data products
• Collect, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements,
translating them into clear functional specifications for structured data products.
• Collaborate closely with Business Data Owners, ESG, L&I; experts, and IT teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of metrics and calculations.
• Support change management by assessing impacts of recent or evolving requirements on existing data products and reporting processes.
• Contribute to data quality management, supporting root‑cause analysis and resolution of data issues together with IT and business stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining functional documentation, including data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic aligned with governance and data catalog’s standards
• Support testing, validation, and acceptance of data products and reports by business users prior to release and publication
• Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and reporting processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
