Role Description This is a full-time, remote Junior Recruiter role with a compensation structure of up to ₹10,000, based on achievement of defined targets. The Junior Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating applicant tracking tools, and communicating regularly with candidates to ensure a positive experience. The role involves collaborating with senior recruiters and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, prepare job postings, and assist in closing positions within agreed timelines. The Junior Recruiter will also track performance metrics, meet assigned hiring targets, and provide basic market and talent insights to the team.

• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet target-based timelines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common digital tools, including email, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, and basic applicant tracking or CRM systems.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate candidate fit, understand role requirements, and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals.
