About the RoleGaruda Aerospace is looking for an experienced Admissions & Institutional Relations professional to lead student admissions and college outreach initiatives for its RPTO (Remote Pilot Training Organisation).
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in end-to-end admissions, student recruitment, institutional outreach, and relationship management within colleges, universities, schools, educational institutions, or training organisations.
The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with colleges and educational institutions, conducting campus visits and student awareness sessions, generating qualified leads, counselling prospective students, and driving the complete admission cycle from lead generation to enrolment.




Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process for RPTO training programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, schools, training institutes, and educational institutions.
• Personally visit colleges and meet Principals, Management, Placement Officers, HODs, Faculty members, and Training & Placement teams.
• Identify and develop recent institutional partnerships for student recruitment.
• Conduct college visits, seminars, career-awareness sessions, workshops, and student interaction programs.
• Generate student leads through institutional tie-ups, campus activities, seminars, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding RPTO/drone training programs, eligibility, career opportunities, and course structure.
• Manage the complete admission funnel from lead generation → counselling → application → follow-up → fee collection → admission confirmation →
