Experience: 5+ years in B2B technical sales

Kavveri is hiring a Sales Executive to win and grow business with defence PSUs, system integrators and OEMs. You will own accounts from first enquiry through order, delivery and payment. RF antenna experience is not required, but experience selling engineered products into defence, aerospace, electronics or industrial markets is.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline across BEL, HAL, DRDO labs, private defence primes and system integrators.
• Find programmes where Kavveri antennas, filters and RF subsystems can be designed in early.
• Track tenders on GeM, CPPP and customer portals and recommend go or no-go.
• Lead RFQ and tender responses with engineering and finance, then negotiate and close.
• Manage trials, qualification and first article inspection through to production orders.
• Own assigned accounts, including delivery follow-up, collections and after-sales issues.
• Represent Kavveri at Aero India, DefExpo and customer meetings.
• Keep the CRM and quarterly forecasts accurate, and share market intelligence with leadership.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical or a related field.
