Role Description The Area Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations and customer support for Suzuki two-wheelers within the assigned territory, based on-site in Kolkata. This full time role includes managing and supporting dealer service networks, monitoring service quality and turnaround times, and ensuring adherence to company service standards. The role involves conducting regular dealer visits, training service staff, reviewing technical issues,



and coordinating with internal teams for resolution. The Area Service Manager will track key performance indicators, implement service improvement initiatives, and promote customer satisfaction and retention. The position also requires preparing periodic reports, analyzing service data, and supporting field campaigns and warranty-related activities.
Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive or two-wheeler service operations, including service process management and dealer network support.
