Role Description The Technical Support Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training programs that prepare learners for customer and technical support roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in Noida and involves conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, creating training materials, and developing practical exercises and assessments. The role includes evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and updating training content based on technology changes and industry best practices.



The trainer will collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with real-world support scenarios and promotes high standards of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training documentation, supporting curriculum improvement, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
