Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position located in Patna. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day store and operations management, including overseeing staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of garments and textile products. This role will help implement company policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also assist in tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, coordinating with senior management,



and resolving operational issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on support on the shop floor will be part of the daily responsibilities.
