The Business Enablement function seeks to hire a Delivery Excellence Senior Manager to execute continuous improvement projects efficiently and effectively and in alignment with broader business objectives spanning multiple accounts. This role will report to the Business Operations & Delivery Excellence team,



which is part of the Business Enablement function for BPO and GBS within Randstad Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows to improve business operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead process deep-dive sessions, assess the current state, identify potential improvement opportunities, and partner on developing and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and impact cost
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, challenge the status-quo and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects across multiple accounts
• Develop and implement process improvement methodologies, standards, and tools across the portfolio
• Track project performance as per timelines, develop and present executive summarie
