Responsible for batch monitoring, process optimization, equipment mapping and debottlenecking activities, investigation handling (Deviations/OOT/OOS),



solvent recovery improvement, client data compilation, and providing technical support to manufacturing operations to enhance productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement.Qualification : B.Tech Chemical Engineering

• To implement the debottlenecking action plans.
• To prepare tentative equipment list and scheme for any process improvement scheme.
• To do commissioning and take trials before normal operations.
• To prepare mass and material balance.
• To improve the productivity.
• To reduce the losses.
• To improve the % recovery of solvents.
• To coordinate with the project implementation team in implementing the project.
• To prepare feedback report regarding the trials that are taken.
• To prepare the validation documents in order to comply the QA requirements.
