Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the home lift and vertical mobility segment across India and the UAE. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads,



managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions to client needs, ensure smooth project handovers, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to strengthen the brand’s presence and drive revenue growth.
