1. Role Purpose
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business opportunities, maintaining robust customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves identifying customer requirements, providing appropriate technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial quotations,



and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Major Accountabilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into sales orders.
