Sii India is looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead the growth of our IT and engineering services business in Hyderabad and the wider Indian market. Based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for developing a new market for Sii India, with a robust focus on acquiring new clients, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and generating incremental business opportunities.

The role combines new-logo hunting with strategic account development, including identifying opportunities within Sii's existing international customer base that have a significant presence in India.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for a commercially driven professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, winning new business, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Your tasks

• Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for Sii's IT and engineering services in India, with a primary focus on the Hyderabad market
• Driving the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development through proposal,



negotiation, and deal closure
• Building strong relationships with C-level, VP, Director, and senior technology/business decision-makers within target organizations
• Developing new business opportunities within existing Sii / Sii Poland customers with a significant presence in Hyderabad and India, while generating incremental business.
• Expanding Sii's presence across key industries, including banking and financial services, healthcare and life sciences, hi-tech, automotive, industrial, retail, and other technology-driven sectors
• Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, bids, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with Sii's Competency Centers and Delivery Teams
• Collaborating with Recruitment and Delivery teams to translate customer requirements into competitive solutions and successfully launch new engagements
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while
