Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – R&D; to support product development, quality improvement, and innovation for Beco’s sustainable home-care products.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support new product development and formulation activities.
- Conduct product testing, trials, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and suppliers for product development.
- Conduct QC checks and product evaluations across different locations as required.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement, cost optimization,



and quality enhancement.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, specifications, test reports, and product records.
- Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support troubleshooting of product quality and formulation-related issues.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent product opportunities.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development, preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Cleaning Products, or Consumer Products.
- Strong understanding of product testing, formulation, and quality parameters.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across locations for product testing and QC activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
