Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Governance & Execution

Ø Support implementation of PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices

Ø Ensure adherence to defined delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Ø Track program progress across scope, schedule, cost, and quality

Ø Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation actions

2. Portfolio & Project Tracking

Ø Maintain centralized dashboards and reporting for program portfolio

Ø Provide insights into delivery health, risks, and performance metrics

Ø Assist in prioritization and tracking of multiple concurrent initiatives

3. Stakeholder Coordination

Ø Collaborate with development managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders

Ø Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and reviews

Ø Ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and escalations

4. Process Standardization & Improvement

Ø Develop and maintain PMO templates, tools, and documentation

Ø Drive adoption of standardized processes across teams

Ø Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Ø Support Agile transformation and DevOps alignment initiatives

5. Resource & Capacity Management

Ø Track resource allocation,



capacity planning, and utilization

Ø Support staffing decisions in coordination with program managers

Ø Optimize utilization across programs

6. Tooling & Reporting

Ø Manage PMO tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI)

Ø Automate reporting and improve data visibility

Ø Provide data-driven insights for decision-making

7. Risk & Compliance Support

Ø Maintain risk and issue logs across programs

Ø Ensure compliance with organizational standards

Ø Support audits and governance reviews

Key Skills & Competencies

ü Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

ü Experience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks

ü Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

ü Strong stakeholder communication and coordination abilities

ü Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

ü Proficiency in project management and reporting tools

ü Attention to detail and ability to drive execution discipline

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- 8–12 years of experience in program/project management or PMO roles

- Experience in software development and delivery environments

- Preferred certifications:

- PMP

- PMI-ACP / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

- Secure certification (optional but valuable)
