We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join Exospace and play a key role in driving our people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

✅ Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

✅ Strong expertise in:

• End-to-End Recruitment & Employer Branding
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Performance Management & Employee Development
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Compensation & Benefits Administration
• HR Compliance, Labor Laws, PF, ESI & Statutory Requirements
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
• HR Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives

Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records





Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs

Implement performance management systems, training initiatives, and career development programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution

Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs

Partner with leadership teams on strategic HR initiatives and organizational development
