Job Description

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Design and deliver learning programs (classroom, virtual, and e-learning) using up-to-date instructional techniques.
Develop curriculum and content based on adult learning principles.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific training plans.
Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and technologies to enhance program quality.
Support leadership development, onboarding programs, and career progression initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Delivery: Ability to create engaging learning programs and deliver them effectively.
Instructional Design:



Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and e-learning tools.
Facilitation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills for workshops and training sessions.
Needs Analysis: Capability to assess skill gaps and design programs accordingly.
Evaluation & Measurement: Familiarity with methods like Kirkpatrick Model to measure training effectiveness.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
Basic data analysis for tracking training impact.
Prior experience in corporate training, talent development, or HR roles.
Exposure to digital learning trends and blended learning strategies.
