• Minimum 1 end-to-end BY TMS implementation
• Strong functional and configuration experience across BY TMS modules (Planning, Execution, Rating, Carrier Management, Settlement, Visibility, Optimization)
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support
• Ability to lead small teams and manage client interactions
• Experience with BY TMS integrations is preferred
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
