We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll administration. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, maintaining payroll records, handling employee payroll queries, and supporting statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Collect and validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Verify employee salary structures and payroll-related master data.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit-related payroll activities.
• Prepare Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for resigned employees.
• Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Coordinate for statutory deductions and compliance, including PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund, as applicable.
