Objective of the Role
To ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance operations by achieving full compliance with maintenance processes, maximizing equipment availability through preventive maintenance, effectively utilizing digital maintenance systems (SmartCare & IoT), and fostering a robust culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Must have good spoken English and effective negotiation skills to coordinate efficiently with both internal teams and customers.
