Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Delhi. This role involves driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of business targets within the LAP segment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Delhi region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the LAP customer base.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales service.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the LAP market.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient process flow.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data,



and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote LAP products and services.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage lending domain.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Solid understanding of the LAP market in Delhi, including customer segments, competitive landscape, and regulatory framework.
