We are seeking agile and customer-focused individuals to work as Retail Executives. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring smooth operations at the retail store locatedin the airport or commercial area.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner

Provide product information and help customers with their purchases

Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive and updated

Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store

Meet daily sales targets and promote offers or new arrivals

Keep track of inventory levels and report restocking needs

Resolve customer issues and escalate serious concerns to supervisors

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Basic knowledge of billing and POS (Point of Sale) systems





Presentable appearance and good grooming standards

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate

Age: 18-30 years

Fluency in English and local language preferred

Freshers can apply; retail or sales experience is a plus
