We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Incharge to manage the daily operations of our pharmacy in Patna, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and at least a 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pharmacy Management: Oversee daily pharmacy activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to regulations.

2. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure medications are properly stored and monitored for expiration dates.

3. Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with protocols.

4. Customer Interaction: Assist customers with medication queries, provide information on prescriptions, and promote health and wellness products.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, prescriptions dispensed, and other necessary documentation as per legal requirements.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.



Attention to detail is crucial for managing prescriptions and inventory accurately. The ability to work under pressure and multitask while maintaining high standards of service is essential. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
