Position: NABH Quality Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate implementation and maintenance of NABH standards across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Ensure departments understand and comply with applicable NABH requirements.

Develop, implement, review, and control quality-related policies, SOPs, protocols, forms, checklists, and manuals..

Promote a culture of patient safety and continual quality improvement.

Prepare and coordinate internal NABH and quality audits.

Conduct departmental rounds and compliance assessments.

Record audit observations and prepare audit reports.

Coordinate collection and analysis of hospital quality indicators.

Present quality performance reports to the Quality Committee/management.

Support implementation of patient-safety initiatives.

Coordinate NABH and quality-related training programs for hospital staff.





Qualification :Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Master's degree/MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Administration.

Certification/course in NABH, Quality Management, Healthcare Quality, or Patient rience in NABH-accredited or NABH-preparing hospitals.

. Experience :Preferred: 2-5 years of experience in hospital quality/NABH/healthcare accreditation.

Candidates with relevant hospital administration or quality experience may also be considered.
