What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or as an HR

Generalist.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• Technical Savvy:

o Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools for data management.

o Expertise in Advanced MS Office (specifically XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables in Excel,

and professional PowerPoint design).

o Knowledge or experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact confidently

with stakeholders across India and the US.

• Mindset:



A team player who works with confidence and without ego, demonstrating critical thinking

and solid troubleshooting skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an Agile setting and adapt to changing requirements and

rotational shifts.
