What you will do
• Manage full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer, and onboarding
coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring criteria
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and direct
outreach
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview panels
• Maintain and update the ATS/recruitment tracker regularly
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Track key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix)
• Support employer branding initiatives
