We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team performance. The role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and supporting efficient workflow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations within the assigned department

Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Allocate tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure timely completion of duties

Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

Handle staff queries, conflicts, and resolve operational issues promptly

Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to attendance, incidents, or performance

Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with industry standards

Report updates and challenges to senior management regularly

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or a Graduate

Age: 21-35 years

Prior supervisory experience in a relevant field is preferred

Fluency in English and the local language
